1-1 lessons
With a Master’s degree in Vocal Pedagogy specialising in respiratory rehabilitation, I offer evidence-based vocal coaching designed to help singers develop freedom, efficiency, and sustainable technique. My specialist understanding of breath function and vocal health has been instrumental in refining my approach to contemporary singing styles, particularly belting and high-intensity vocal performance.
Originally classically trained before transitioning into musical theatre and contemporary pop vocals, I bring a broad understanding of stylistic technique and can help singers confidently navigate different genres and vocal qualities. My teaching is also informed by foundations in Estill Voice Training and ongoing professional performance experience.
Alongside coaching, I work as a professional vocalist and regularly perform for live events, touring productions, festivals, and private functions. Having performed with artists including Heaven 17, Go West, T’Pau, and Jackie Graham, I understand first-hand the demands placed on the modern working voice and the importance of healthy, reliable vocal technique. My work is further supported by published vocal research, bringing both academic depth and real-world industry experience into every lesson.
Whether you’re completely new to singing or an experienced performer looking to refine your technique, lessons are tailored to your individual voice, goals, and experience level.
